In the text below, please find important information concerning the processing of your data in relation to the documentation of operational contacts by employees of our company due to the currently ordered precautionary follow-up management of personal contacts (contact diary, communication of the central E.ON crisis team of 20 March 2020 and the crisis team of the VSE Group of 27 March 2020):

These data are collected to protect employees as well as to ensure business operations as a critical infrastructure company in the context of the current crisis (Covid). The contact data are only processed in case of at least one cumulative 15-minute face-to-face contact, e.g. in the context of a conversation at a physical distance of less than 2 m. Your data will be processed, among other information, on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (legitimate interest).

The data controller processes the following data after contact situations (employees, suppliers, etc.) in an operational context:

Your personal data will be securely stored by the relevant contact person (staff member) and, where necessary, shared with authorised recipients in relation to the above purpose (e.g. health authorities due to legal requirement).
The documentation will be deleted or destroyed after the official ending of the crisis at the latest unless there occur further legal requirements for storing the documentation for a longer period.
Your privacy rights
We are pleased to provide you with information on whether and which of your personal data are stored by the data responsible. You can assert the following further rights in accordance with the legal provisions: Correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transfer, objection to processing and revocation of consent. The lawfulness of the processing up to the time of a revocation or objection remains unaffected. For the declaration of a revocation or objection, you will not face any additional costs other than those of the basic rates.
