Purpose and legal aspects of the processing
In case of presences of more than 15 minutes in a building of the artelis Group, the collection of data is carried out for the purpose of tracing infection chains to combat the Corona pandemic. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation in conjunction with the artelis Group’s overall and hygiene concept for Corona control operations in the currently valid version.

Recipients of personal data
All personal data are only transferred to the respective competent health authority upon its request according to the aforementioned purposes. The HR department and the Covid crisis team will have internal access to the collected data in order to perform the data transfer.
Storage duration
All data are to be deleted one month after being collected from the responsible person, in accordance with the Saarland regulation on combating the Covid pandemic.
Your privacy rights
We are pleased to provide you with information on whether and which of your personal data are stored by the data responsible. You can assert the following further rights in accordance with the legal provisions: correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transfer, objection to processing and revocation of consent. The lawfulness of the processing up to the time of a revocation or objection remains unaffected. For the declaration of a revocation or objection, you will not face any additional costs other than those of the basic rates.
